Help Young Women Chase Their Dreams
In a little over a year Internship Bank which started as a Program to empower young women via internship opportunities has become a buzz-word amongst college students.
So far Internship Bank has secured 183 internships for young women!
True to its mission Internship Bank has inspired success and provided support to many young women.
By giving internship opportunities to female students from lesser known institutions and/or humble backgrounds, Internship Bank creates a support structure that bridges and connects women professionals across different generations.
In addition to the 183 internships Internship Bank has:
1. Listed 100 internship opportunities on its website;
2. Built a global LinkedIn following of over 11,800 people;
3. Received long-term collaboration interests from major Indian law firms;
4. Launched its own YouTube channel; and
5. Hosted six webinars.
The Founder, Ms. Debolina Saha has been self-funding Internship Bank for over a year now and four hard-working volunteers have been chipping in to build Internship Bank into one of the top internship resources for women in India.
But Internship Bank can do so much more! And that's where an various organisation and individuals interested in promoting gender diversity and female empowerment can step in to help. In order for Internship Bank to grow and reach its fullest potential, the Program needs help.
Internship Bank is keen to offer more internships and reach more young women from humble backgrounds and lesser known colleges.
In short, Internship Bank wants to transform the lives of the next generations of professional women.
And in order to do that, Internship Bank needs financial support. Any amount of money, no matter how small, can help change lives.

Internship Bank aims to put the money to good use! Donations are proposed to be used by the team to:
1. Build an internship scholarship fund which will help defray the living expenses interns incur when accepting an internship away from home;
2. Pay a small stipend for volunteers;
3. Secure licenses and other permits;
4. Pay professional fees; and
5. Pay website hosting fees.
Internship Bank is already changing lives and is spearheading preparing the next generation of female professionals for the workplace.
